They say it takes the whole Mt Carmel community to run a successful fete. In the case of the handmade stall it really is true. The ladies running it have produced some spectacular crafts, jewellery and household goodies.
There is some beaut Christmas present ideas available, including handmade clutches, earrings and pot plant holders.
And with the crazy Ekka winds arriving early, what about a super cute Chapstick holder and the ever practical school hair bands.
I love visiting this stall and never leave empty handed. In fact my biggest problem is knowing when to walk away with my selection of lovingly made goodies.
